Incorrect Shipping Address Charges Please Verify your Shipping Information carefully There will be a 12.50 address correction fee for all ground orders and 15.00 address correction fee for air orders to correct a bad address, incorrect zip codes and non-deliverable address information supplied. We will send you an email once UPS and/or Fed Ex notify us that there is an issue with the address supplied. If a package is returned to us by UPS due to a bad address, non-deliverable address or recipient refusal there is an a charge of 10.00 in addition to the address correction fee to cover return shipping and all of the charges UPS charges us due to this error. In the event a gift item is refused by the recipient there will be a %20.0 restocking fee. Claims & Returns All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No Exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy Bob's Gift Baskets will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner to your satisfaction assuming it is within the 3 day grace period. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Bob's Gift Baskets and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in written e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone. Claims for damaged products cannot be offered on shipments to Box addresses, Hospitals, Purto Rico or Canada. Shipping by USPS or to Box addresses, Hospitals, Purto Rico or Canada is at your own risk. Shipping All orders placed are normally shipped either the same day or within one business day. On priority shipping we do our best to ship the same day if the order is received early enough.(Before 12:00 PM EST) Standard shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday. Late Delivery Claims Claims for late delivery will be at the sole discretion of Bob’s Gift Baskets. All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping by 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Air orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day in other words 24-48 hours. Ground orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday. Changes to orders We will make every effort to make changes to your order when possible as long as the order has not yet shipped. Non monetary changes like address changes are rather simple to make. You will be notified by email of the change. There may be a small surcharge if your gift is already packaged and awaiting UPS pickup. Monetary changes are slightly different, but also rather simple. Keep in mind that your credit card information has already been processed. Changes that affect your total price in an upward direction may be handled quickly and online. If for example you are changing your shipping method upward from ground to 2nd day, we have a method for you to enter the needed adjustments instantly so that there are no delays. If you are changing your order downward, it will not delay your order, but the difference has to clear our processor and may take 5-7 business days to show up on your credit card. Substitutions and Returns We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as designer packaging does change quite frequently. With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor or packaging does not justify an item being returned, a discount or refund of any kind. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of Bob’s Gift Baskets, a customers wants to return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee. Declined Orders We reserve the right to refuse to process any order received for any reason but in most cases for a declined order is in the event there is any question as to the legitimacy of the order or we suspect credit card fraud. In the event we decline an order your credit card will be immeadietely credited the next day and you will be notified via e-mail of the reason for the decline. Shipping to Canada With the exception of our wine, cookies and fruit selections, we offer shipping to most Canadian addresses via UPS and USPS. Multiple selections are not permitted. You may only ship one item at a time to Canada. You may however submit multiple orders. Shipments take one extra day to ship out and are shipped via UPS or USPS Air Mail Parcel Post. There is a MSRP price cap of $98.00 on USPS shipments to Canada. Please Note: We can offer no return or refund claims on shipments to Canada.
Shipping to Puerto Rico With the exception of our wine and fruit selections, we offer shipping to all Puerto Rico addresses via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Shipments take one extra day to ship out and are shipped via UPS. However, we can offer no return or refund claims on shipments to Puerto Rico. UPS Shipping Limitations All APO, FPO, PO Boxes must be shipped via the USPS. Fruit, cookies and wine products are not available for shipping to PO boxes, FPO, APO, Puerto Rico or Canada. APO, FPO & PO Box Shipping We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. Card Enclosures Your card enclosures are now printed with a seasonal border and look like a packing slip. The other side has bold red text which reads "Your personal card message is enclosed here." This paper goes into a clear packing sleeve the label is attached to the top of the sleeve and the entire sleeve goes onto the top of the box..
