Bob's Gift Baskets Customer Rewards Program
As a customer of Bob's Gift Baskets you are automatically entered in our customer rewards program. You will be sent a discount code to use for up to 10% savings on some of our selected products.
To earn even more rewards and savings we have a customer referral program. For each new customer you refer to us you earn points when they purchase a gift basket. One point for each new referral. We will keep track of your referrals and success rate and notify you when you are eligible for a reward.
How it works: When you refer a customer to Bob's Gift Basket be sure to tell them to enter your email address in the referred by entry field on the bill to section at check out time. Be sure to use the same email address you used when you ordered. This is important! You will not recieve any points if the referral field is not filled in or you enter a different email address. When we recieve their order a point will be added to your customer rewards provided this is a first time customer to Bob's Gift Baskets. You will be notified of your point total by email.
Notice: The reward program may not be apply to all of our products. Our Wine Gift baskets and a few select others many not be eligible for the reward program. If a product states when you select >>More Info that discount coupons do not apply, you may not use the rewards program on that gift item.
When you have earned five points you are eligible for a special discount code that will provide you with free UPS Ground shipping on your next order (A savings of up to $13.95) Florida, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian shipping addresses will be given a flat reward of $11.95. You will be notified when we send you your point total. If you elect this option contact us when you are ready to order and we will create your personal discount code. It should be ready in about 24 hours and you will be notified when it is available. If you elect to retain your points then you may continue on to the next stage.
When you have earned ten points you are eligible for a free gift basket. Up to a $29.99 value (Not including Shipping or applicable sales tax). If you order a gift basket of a greater value, $29.99 will be deducted from your order sub total.
Calculation rules for free shipping discount:
Shipping discounts are based upon UPS Ground shipping rates within the continental United States up to a value of $13.95. Florida, Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian shipping addresses are not eligible for this calculated discount. You may select any shipping method for these calculated rates to apply.
Florida, Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian shipping addresses will be given a flat discount of 11.95 regardless of the shipping method chosen.
Please note: These discount codes will have an expiration date so do not request them until you are ready to order.
Penalty for misuse or abuse of our customer reward program:These codes are for one time use and one time use only. Once you use your personal discount code it will be removed and your point total will be reset. If you attempt to use the codes more then once your order will not be shipped until you correct the order. If you decline to correct your order it will take seven to ten business days to refund your order.
