When you Checkout you must select a UPS shipping method. Your wine gifts may not be shipped by USPS. Keep in mind that UPS does not ship to Post Office Boxes.

We cannot ship wine products to Canada, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.

Due to individual state shipping restrictions we cannot ship wine to the following states.

AL Alabama, AR Arkansas, DE Delaware, IO Iowa,  KY Kentucky,  MS Mississippi, MT Montana, NM New Mexico, OK Oklahoma, PA Pennsylvania, RI Rhode Island, SD South Dakota, TX Texas and UT Utah

If you attempt to ship to Canada, one of these states or choose a shipping method other then UPS, your order will be suspended during the check out process until you correct the error.

In addition, all wine shipments must be signed for by an adult over 21. There will be a $3.50 handling charge applied to your order for this UPS service.

Bob's Gift Basket Gift Certificate Program

Sometimes you just don't know what your gift recipient may like or you need a gift delivered right now. You can send them a gift certificate or gift card instead and let them make their own choice. You can also order several cards and have them on hand to hand out as you need them. This card has a one year expiration date which is easily renewable so you will never have to worry about it expiring.
All they need to do to order any gift is to log on to our web site and order their choice of gifts.  Yes discount codes and shipping discounts will still apply.
If the amount of their purchase is within limits of your gift certificate the item will be shipped to them at no additional cost.
If the amount of their choice exceeds your gift certificate, they will be given the option to add the difference to their credit card.
A running balance will be kept by Bob's Gift Baskets of their purchases so that even if they don't use the entire gift certificate in one purchase, they may apply the balance to their next gift.
If you like you can contact us be e-mail at any time and we will let you know the current status of your gift cards. (Keep a copy of your order number or gift certificate number handy) You can also check the balance of your gift card at any time on our web site.

After you have placed your order be sure to check the PRINT option after you have SUBMITTED your order. You then may print a copy of the Gift Certificate and mail it to your recipient or save it to your computer and send it to them as an attachment via E-Mail. You need not send the actual printed certificate itself. You may choose to pretty it up a bit or add it to your own card, but be sure to include the certificate number and our web site address.

If you failed to print a copy, please notify us with your order number and we will be happy to send you another copy.
